Items are dispatched daily Monday to Friday. These items will be delivered within 48 hours and should be signed for. Items can be collected 09:00-16:30 Monday-Friday and 10:00-15:00 on Saturdays from our site in Baxenden, Accrington, BB5 2RT. All deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 48 hours. Any damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced wherever possible. However if a replacement is possible, this will be sent out with urgency. You have the right to cancel an online order for up to 30 days from the day of reception of your goods. You are required to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your order within this time period. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. Engines & Gearboxes must be correctly fitted, this includes new cam & auxillary belts, oil, oil filters & spark plugs for all engines. We do not guarantee any ancillaries or bolt on engine parts such as, but not limited to: water pumps, oil pumps, timing belts/chains, gaskets, oil filters and fuel filters.
